These terms apply to every order you place on styledbymo.co.uk. "We", "us" and "Styled by MO" mean the business that runs this website; "you" means the person placing the order. By placing an order you agree to them.

We take care to show our African-print pieces as accurately as we can, but colours can look different on different screens, and prints are cut from fabric so the pattern placement can vary slightly from the photo. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Products are shown in UK sizes. All items are subject to availability, and we may withdraw or change a product at any time.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We do our best to keep prices correct. If we find a pricing mistake after you order, we'll tell you and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

When you place an order we'll email you a confirmation. A contract is formed when we confirm your order is on its way to being packed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, in which case you'll get a full refund.

Discount codes can be used once per order, can't be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or expire at any time.

Delivery options, times and costs are set out on our shipping & returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered.

You have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We go further and accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Full details, including how to return an item, are on the returns section. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund, in line with your legal rights.

Your bag, wishlist and details are saved on your own device. How we use cookies and similar storage is explained in our cookie policy. We only use the details you give us to process your order, contact you about it and, if you opted in, send you news and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

The photographs, text, designs and logo on this website belong to Styled by MO or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place when you place your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also use your local courts.
